We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • All product prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on the Website.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs for your order. Payment must be made at the time of order using an accepted payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. We do not store your full payment details; please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your data.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

  • We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange (see Section 5 below).

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Custom orders or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

5.2 Return Process

  • We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (in which case we will cover return shipping costs).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Product Warranty

All Joyman Controls products come with a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. To claim a warranty, contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the defect. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, product designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Joyman Controls or our licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of this content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Joyman Controls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or property damage) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, Services, or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, Services, or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused by third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers) or any errors or omissions in third-party content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, Services, or products at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website, Services, or products will immediately cease. Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, Services, or products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Joyman Controls regarding your use of the Website, Services, and products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
